21 Day Kindness Challenge: Day 5



You know the old saying "it's the thought that counts". Today this is what it is all about.  Take a few seconds out of your day to leave a little note for someone in your life. It might just make their day.
Here are a few suggestions:
- On the fridge: "Thanks for the keeping the fridge full with yummy food"
- At the office: "Good job on the report last week. Your hard work really paid off."
- At school: "Thanks you for teaching me new things everyday."
