21 Days of Kindness: Day 6

 
Day 6: No Complaining for a day. The day is to try and step back from negativity. It may sound simple, but it takes a lot of self- awareness to truly stop complaining. No bitching. None. No whining, zilch. No venty facebook posts or tweets, no bellyaching emails. This is about what you put into the world both word and action. See if you can change moments of discomfort, anger, or annoyance into an opportunity for a kind thought, word, or deed.

You can express your displeasure but in a constructive way. To quote Elizabeth's original rules "I can mention something that has not happened the way I would have liked, but I have to come up with possible ways to improve the situation instead of just moaning about it."
